Echoes From the Ancestors™, operated by Jonathan Wheaton, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan — Founding Family monthly, Annual Family, and Founding Lifetime Echo Vault. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@echoesfromtheancestors.com with your order number and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your Echoes after a refund
Honoring our trust promise, your Echoes are never deleted. After a refund, your Echo Vault becomes read-only — you can still sign in and view everything you and your family have created, and you can reactivate at any time to resume creating new Echoes.
Renewals and partial-period refunds
If a subscription renews and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund. For Lifetime purchases, the 30-day window applies from the original order date.
Paddle's role
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Echoes From the Ancestors purchases. That means Paddle handles billing, tax, chargebacks, and refunds. Paddle's Refund Policy applies in addition to this page.
